I was wondering if I were to major in marketing or management if it would pay off in the end. I’ve heard of people who just have a high school diploma who have advanced to high positions in stores or wherever they work and they earn really good money. So if I were to have a degree in one of those what would be the advantages and benefits that i would receive over those who have worked at the same place for many years? Would I also be able to advance faster than anyone else at work?
